Deadlines: the deadline for requesting a return is a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the respective request. The first exchange is free and the deadline for requesting is a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the respective order

Freight cost: shipping costs for returns and new shipments (if any) are borne by us in the first exchange or return. From the second exchange onwards, the customer must bear the costs of return and new shipping.

Communication: request for exchange or return must be made via email juntos@baut.com.br or via Whatsapp +55 11 91869-4493.

General provisions:

  • only unwashed, unused and odor-free products will be accepted;
  • the product must be intact, as well as its packaging (if any);
  • products outside the exchange period will not be accepted;
  • if the product is defective due to misuse, the refund will not be authorized and the product will be returned to the customer;
  • if you have obtained a discount on your purchase, relating to a promotional action, your refund will be the amount paid, considering this discount
  • Order Cancellation

Finished your order, but want to cancel? No problem. If your order has not been dispatched, we will issue a refund immediately. However, if the order has already been dispatched and you still want to cancel, simply request a return within 30 days counting from the date of receipt of the respective order.

  • Guarantees

Our guarantee ensures the exchange of the product, if a manufacturing defect is proven, within the period provided for in applicable legislation. The warranty does not apply, however, to cases of misuse, natural wear and tear over time, misuse, negligence, or any modification made to the product that compromises its integrity.

To request the use of our guarantee, simply contact us via Whatsapp +55 11 91869-4493 or send an email to juntos@baut.com.br attaching photos and/or videos of the defect that led to the request. The images will be evaluated by the responsible department to verify the existence of the factors that support the issuance of the guarantee. If it is not possible to establish a diagnosis (positive or negative) using the photos sent, we will request that the product be sent for analysis.
