Shipping policy

Time and delivery: shipping times and values ​​vary according to the delivery location.   We will send the carrier's estimate in the order confirmation email. It is worth noting that, in relation to the delivery time, small external unforeseen events may arise that could result in possible delays. In these cases, we will notify customers via email or Whatsapp.

 Order tracking: you will receive, via email, a link to track the delivery of your order, as soon as it is collected by the carrier, and each time your order status is updated, you will receive a new email informing you of the change.

 Broken packaging: we do everything we can to make your shopping experience incredible, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur with the carriers. If your product arrives with damaged packaging, we advise you not to accept damaged packaging or that the search be carried out in the presence of the delivery person.

 Customer authorization: The Baut customer agrees and authorizes delivery to administrators, managers, doormen or janitors to receive their order. They respond, upon receipt of the goods, exempting Baut from any responsibility for infringement, loss or misplacement of the goods duly delivered, should this occur.
